When you fill out the contact form on this site, we collect your name, email address, Shopify store URL, monthly ad spend estimate, and the message you write. If you book a call through Calendly, they collect the details needed to schedule that call.
If you sign up for the Ad Junkies newsletter, we collect your email address only.
That's it. We don't run hidden tracking or collect anything beyond what you give us directly.
We use your contact form details to respond to your enquiry and to figure out whether we can genuinely help your business. Nothing else.
We use your email address, if you signed up for Ad Junkies, to send the newsletter. We won't use it to pitch you services unless you've asked us to.
We will never sell your data, rent it, or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your contact form submissions go through Formspree, which processes and forwards them to us. Formspree is GDPR-compliant and does not use your data for any purpose other than delivery.
If you book a call, your booking details are handled by Calendly. Calendly is also GDPR-compliant. Their privacy policy is at calendly.com/privacy.
Neither service stores your data beyond what's needed to do their job.
This site uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site, and Meta Pixel to measure how well our ads are performing. Both set cookies and use similar tracking technology in your browser.
Neither tool is used to identify you personally. They help us see which pages get visited and whether our ads are actually reaching people who go on to become customers.
You can opt out through your browser's cookie or privacy settings, or through Meta's own tools at facebook.com/privacy/explanation.
You can request that we delete any data we hold about you at any time. Just email us at hello@kliks.com.au and we'll sort it out promptly.
If you signed up for Ad Junkies, there's an unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email.
If you're in the EU or UK, you also have the right to access, correct, and port your data under GDPR. Same email address to request any of those.
